Plugging the Device

Now, if there is no dialog box, you can open it manually by looking at the file history. You can also find it on your computer’s control panel.

When using the Cloud, you can schedule a backup now and then. You may also do it manually if needed. If you are a person who often makes changes to your files, then doing a backup every single night will do. But if you are not using your computer then backing it up weekly or even once a month will do. I would also be best to schedule the time of backup during the time that you are not using the computer.
